Two Hungry Piglets: Nuba Restaurant

So what does a sick piglet do to fill the time whilst sitting at home alone? Blog of course! Once upon a time, two piglets were wandering around downtown before a Janet Jackson concert wondering what to eat before ogling over a musical goddess when they stumbled upon Nuba, a tried and true favorite. We went in with no reservations but the wonderful host negotiated us a seat so we wouldn't miss the concert. We gorged ourselves with a number of small dishes but the two that stood out were Najib's Special and their Garden Falafel. Who woulda thunk a piglet like myself would love the veggie dishes????!!! But people, I CANNOT for the life of me replicate the roasted cauliflower Nuba does here. And their falafel??? Out of this world! I'm not a falafel connoisseur by any means, but damn, try it here!
